MALAYSIA:
♦ FREE standard mail postage for 5 items and above within anywhere in Malaysia.
♦ Pos Laju requires signature for parcel acceptance, so make sure someone is around to sign for the parcel on your behalf. If not, the parcel will be sent to the nearest Post Office & you will need to collect it yourself.
*Postage Charges(per kg): West Malaysia – RM 6; East Malaysia – RM8
*Additional Charges of RM1(WM)/RM2(EM) for every additional 250gms.
♦ Every parcel comes with a tracking codes & customers are able to track the delivery status by dialing the PosLine at 1300-300-300 OR through Pos Malaysia’s website http://www.pos.com.my/V1/main2.asp?c=/v1/TrackTrace/MainTrack.htm.
Therefore, we will not hold any responsibility after posting is done.

SINGAPORE:
♦ FREE standard mail postage within Singapore for 5 items and above; up to a maximum weight of 2kg.
♦ Postage charge is based on Singapore local mailing rates.

♦ Email us for registered mail to be arranged at additional charge of S$2.24/kg.
♦ Special courier delivery can be arranged at additional charge of S$8.00 which allow you to determine the specific date & time for delivery at your door step.

♦ Arrival of items: Item(s) takes at least 3-4 weeks to arrive after I have settled all the payment (including all payment made by buyers). Item(s) will be sent out the next business day upon arrival of the item(s).
